SATURDAY MASS: 4:00 P.M.
SUNDAY MASS: 10:00 A.M.
RESERVATIONS ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED!
CAPACITY RESTRICTIONS HAVE BEEN LIFTED!
As Illinois, Chicago, and the Archdiocese of Chicago enter Phase 5, we thank you for your patience and prayers as we work together on creating a “new normal.”
ALL CAPACITY LIMITS ARE LIFTED and
NO MASS RESERVATIONS are necessary.
MASKS AND DISTANCING
Masks are not required of those who are vaccinated, and no proof of vaccination is required to attend mass. We do kindly ask those who are not vaccinated to wear masks as an act of charity for others who may be at a greater risk of illness. Masks may also be worn at any time for those who are more comfortable. No questions or judgement.
While we will not request contact information from everyone who attends mass, we ask that all who come to the Shrine report to us if they become COVID-positive within three days of diagnosis. If this happens, we will post a notice with the date and mass time so those who were in attendance can know and monitor their own health.
The Sign of Peace will return as before, and we will also be sensitive to the different comfort levels of those in our community. All are welcome to wave or shake hands, and you can always ask others if they are comfortable before offering handshakes.
While hand sanitizer is available in the narthex, we will no longer be requiring hand sanitizer before communion.
While no baskets will be passed, a donation container will be available at the entrance/exit for those who wish to make a physical offering. Online offerings can also be made at cabrininationalshrine.org under the “SUPPORT US” menu. We are blessed by and grateful for the generosity of the community who have supported us during these challenging times.
At this time, the Mass Schedule will remain the same:
Saturday Mass at 4PM and Sunday Mass at 10AM
